ARTIST STATEMENT

Dee has a background in Art, Jewellery, Textiles and is a local artist based in Salterforth, Lancashire. Animals, nature and abstract artwork inspire her paintings and drawings. Her work is created by hand using various mixed medias including acrylic paint, watercolours, pencil and ink. Once Dee has created her art, she then Photoshops her paintings to enhance the colours and form to create the final outcome.
