ARTIST STATEMENT
IN Wire Sculptures was born from the founders love for nature, animals and art. Karon (Import) and Julie (Norton Verity) set about looking for a medium which they could capture the spirit and character of individual creatures. They chose galvanised wire as it provides decades of maintenance-free longevity, its primary components are natural, abundant, and 100% recyclable. They create a range of small sculptures for sale and unique private commissions.
