Art in the Pen takes place at: Skipton Auction Mart Gargrave Road Skipton North Yorkshire BD23 1UD You can get directions by using GOOGLE MAPS(undefined) The Sat Nav post code for Skipton Auction Mart is BD23 1UD. Approaching Skipton, follow the yellow signs to Art in the Pen or black signs to the auction mart. From M1 (travelling north): M1, M62 west, M606 to Bradford, A650 to Keighley, A629 to Skipton. From M6 (travelling north): M65 to end, A56 to Skipton. From M6 (travelling south): A65 to Skipton. If walking from Skipton you should come through Craven College if you are ok with a large set of steps. Or through the dedicated path at the back of Keelham farm shop. You should not walk down the main road to the auction mart as there is no dedicated path and this gets very busy with traffic. Skipton Auction Mart has a large front and rear car park. On site parking is free for advanced ticket holders. When advanced tickets have sold out, you will still be able to attend but you will NOT be able to park onsite as we need to ensure we have enough spaces for those that have booked. We will update this page when we have details of alternative pay and display car parks for none ticket holders If you require disabled parking, please make our car parking staff aware, who will then direct you to a suitable space.

Historically dogs on non-extendable leads have always been welcome at Art in the Pen. Although dogs are still welcome; since covid we have had an increase of dogs attending and this does cause a few problems. Due to the nature of the venue and the smells; dogs will often cock-a-leg. Once one dog has been, every other dog will follow suit to cover this smell. This isn't nice for the dogs 'chosen' exhibitor Also as visitor numbers have now increased, we do not feel the event is the safest place for tails and paws and we do not want your dog to be frightened or injured. Therefore dogs will not be turned away, but please do think about whether it is the best event for your dogs to attend

Tickets are priced at £7.50. This increase from previous years now includes VAT which, by law we have to charge. The booking fee is also included in this cost which goes directly to Wix/Paypal for processing the payment. Your ticket includes an event brochure and on-site parking (for pre-booked ticket holders). Entry is free to under 16s.

You will need to buy your tickets online Once you complete the purchase, you will receive an email with a PDF attachment. This is your event ticket. You can either print the ticket or present a digital version on your mobile phone. If you do not have to means to print your ticket or have a smart phone, we can check you in using your surname. Please bring some ID

Tickets are non-refundable. We can however swap your ticket over to a different day However, we will issue you with a full refund in the event that Art in the Pen is not able to run.

You will be asked to provide contact details when you book your tickets. We use this information to: send you your tickets, give you first opportunity to book tickets for future events. Yes. Please stop when you arrive, to talk to our car parking attendants. They will direct you to the accessible parking on the front carpark. If there are no spaces available on the front they will park you as close as possible to the accessible ramp on the bottom carpark Please note- requiring accessible parking does not make any difference if tickets have sold out for the day. If you have not booked tickets in advance you will still need to park else ware
